Obtain Polyclinic Referral
Visit your nearest ECHS Polyclinic with your ECHS Smart Card and obtain a referral for eye specialist.
Visit ECHS Desk at DSSEH
Bring your Smart Card, referral, and service documents if required. Our desk is open MonβSat, 9 AMβ2 PM.
Registration & Verification
Our staff verifies your ECHS Smart Card status and registers the case in the ECHS system.
Specialist Consultation
Examination and treatment planning by our empanelled ophthalmic surgeon.
Pre-authorization (for surgery)
Our billing team applies for pre-authorization from ECHS for surgical procedures.
Cashless Surgery/Treatment
All covered procedures are performed at zero cost to the patient.
Post-treatment follow-up
Follow-up consultations are also covered under the referral for a specified period.

Referral from ECHS Polyclinic is mandatory for non-emergency cases.
Ex-servicemen with mobility issues may request home visit coordination.
