Carry your health insurance card / policy number and a photo ID (Aadhaar or PAN).
Visit Our Insurance Desk
Come to DSSEH (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM). Our insurance team checks whether your policy covers the procedure.
Pre-authorization
We prepare and submit the cashless pre-authorization request to your insurer / TPA on your behalf.
Approval & Surgery
Once approval is received, your treatment or surgery is scheduled — with no upfront payment for covered charges.
Claim Settlement
All billing and claim paperwork is handled entirely by our team, directly with the insurer.
