Do our Eyes need exercise ?


While it’s important to maintain good eye health through regular eye exams and proper eye care, there is no evidence to support the idea that specific eye exercises can improve vision or prevent eye problems.

However, there are some simple habits you can incorporate into your daily routine to help reduce eye strain and maintain healthy eyes. These include taking breaks from staring at screens, practicing good lighting habits, maintaining proper posture, and getting enough rest and hydration.

Additionally, certain eye conditions, such as lazy eye or strabismus and convergence deficiency, which may require specific exercises as part of a prescribed treatment plan. It’s always a good idea to speak with an eye doctor or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or treatment regimen for your eyes.
